By registering for NIMACON 2026, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them in full before completing your registration.
These Terms & Conditions govern registration, participation and payment for NIMACON 2026, organized by the National Integrated Medical Association (NIMA), in association with the Faculty of Ayurveda, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. By submitting the registration form and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
Registration is open to Ayurvedic physicians, faculty members, research scholars, students and other integrated-medicine practitioners. Students registering under the discounted student category must be able to produce a valid, current student ID card or bonafide certificate at the registration desk if requested by the Secretariat.
Registration fees are charged by category and are subject to the Early Bird / Late (Spot) rates published on the Registration page at the time of submission. The fee applicable is the one in effect at the time your payment is successfully completed, not the time the form is filled.
Accommodation, where requested, is charged separately from the registration fee and is calculated based on the category and number of days selected during registration.
Full payment of the applicable registration and accommodation fees is required to confirm your seat at NIMACON 2026. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. Registration is considered provisional until payment has been successfully verified.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at registration once payment has been verified. Please retain your payment reference/ID for any future correspondence with the Organizing Committee.
Submission of a scientific abstract is optional and open to all registered delegates. Abstracts must adhere to the word-count and format guidelines published on the Registration and FAQ pages. Acceptance of an abstract is at the sole discretion of the Scientific Committee, and submission does not guarantee a presentation slot.
There is no separate fee for oral or poster presentations. Delegates submitting more than one abstract may be subject to a separate presentation fee for each additional submission, as communicated by the Scientific Committee.
Accommodation requested through the registration form is provided on a twin-sharing basis unless single occupancy is specifically requested and confirmed, subject to availability. Accommodation charges cover stay only; meals during conference days are covered separately under the registration fee.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to allocate accommodation based on availability and cannot guarantee a specific property, room type, or roommate pairing.
Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards fellow participants, speakers, staff and volunteers throughout the conference. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without obligation to refund fees paid.
The Organizing Committee may capture photographs, video or audio recordings during NIMACON 2026 for promotional, archival and academic purposes. By attending, delegates consent to their likeness being used in such material unless a written objection is raised with the Secretariat in advance.
The Organizing Committee, NIMA, and its affiliated institutions shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, theft, or damage to personal property, or for any travel, accommodation or medical expenses incurred by delegates in connection with their participation in NIMACON 2026. Delegates are encouraged to arrange their own travel and health insurance.
