Please read this policy in full before making your registration payment for NIMACON 2026.
No Refunds or Cancellations
All registration payments for NIMACON 2026 are final. Once a registration is submitted and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance, change of plans, or inability to travel.
Registration fees, accommodation charges, and any other payments made towards NIMACON 2026 are strictly non-refundable. This applies to all registration categories — Practitioner/Faculty, Student, and Spouse — regardless of the payment method used.
Once a registration has been successfully submitted and payment verified, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. Delegates are strongly encouraged to review all registration details, category selection, and fee amounts carefully before proceeding to payment.
If a registered delegate is unable to attend NIMACON 2026 for any reason — including personal, medical, professional or travel-related circumstances — no refund or credit will be provided for the unused registration or accommodation.
Registrations are non-transferable between individuals. A delegate may not assign, sell, or transfer their registration to another person in lieu of a refund.
In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount being charged due to a system/payment gateway malfunction (and not due to delegate error), please contact the Secretariat within 7 days of the transaction at nimacon2026@gmail.com with your payment reference. Such cases will be reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis and are not covered under standard cancellation requests.
In the unlikely event that NIMACON 2026 is postponed or cancelled by the Organizing Committee itself, registered delegates will be notified by email and their registration will automatically carry forward to the rescheduled dates. This clause does not apply to cancellations initiated by the delegate.
By proceeding with payment on the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy, and that your payment is final and non-refundable.
