Policy Notes
- Accommodation is provided on a twin-sharing basis unless single occupancy is specifically requested, subject to availability and an additional charge.
- Rates quoted are per person, per day, for stay only — high tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner are already covered under the registration inclusions.
- Accommodation requests should be submitted along with your registration; walk-in requests will be accommodated only if rooms are available.
- Check-in and check-out timings, along with the exact stay venue, will be shared upon confirmation by the Accommodation Committee.
- Payment for accommodation is separate from the registration fee and must be made as per the applicable category rate.
- Accommodation cancellations follow the same Refund & Cancellation Policy that applies to registration fees.
