Programme Overview
NIMACON 2026 unfolds across two intensive days of scientific exchange, structured to balance broad plenary sessions with focused parallel tracks — ensuring every delegate, whether a clinician, researcher or student, finds sessions directly relevant to their interests.
Plenary sessions — keynotes, panel discussions, and the opening and closing ceremonies — are held in the main Shatabdi Auditorium hall, while parallel tracks run concurrently across adjoining seminar halls. Delegates are free to move between tracks between sessions.

Programme Notes
A few logistics to help your two days run smoothly.
Registration Desk
Opens at 8:00 AM on both days, located at the Shatabdi Auditorium main entrance. Please carry your registration confirmation and a photo ID.
Tea Breaks
Served in the auditorium foyer during the mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks listed in the schedule each day.
Lunch Arrangements
Served in the designated dining hall near the venue, included with registration for both conference days.
Accommodation Check-In
Check-in from 12:00 PM on 18 December for delegates using conference-arranged accommodation; check-out by 11:00 AM on 21 December.
